Yes, but you need to sell or get rid of a player when your team is full and you want to sign him (the better one for 15T and mostly one bad for free).

Yes, but you can't sign them.....sell some players so you are able to sign the young ones, otherwise, your yonh players will be available on the auction transfer free
But yes, that regeneration keeps going

I would say no as I am on level 9 and I still get the crap 2* & 4* players, although they come every 16 days and at the earlier levels I think it is longer.

If you want to sign youth players, you have 7 days to get space in your squad. they get in the team but you can not sign with them even sell to or terminate contract any player.
