Hey,i was thinking about buying a scout player next season, but i have some questions about it:

-Can i buy a fast trainer as a scout? So im planning to spend some green packs on him, but is it worthy? I read threads about its harder to train if a player has more stars. So is it a good idea to train a scout player?
-They are 22 years old at least. Will they developing decrease fast? So in avarage, will the quality decrease more then 10% each season?
- And least, the tokens, its so expensive. Would it be a better way to spen that much tokens?
