18 year player training really bad

Hello,

Please I am looking everywhere and I cant find a place that explains to me the way that players improve from trainings and matches.

I have a 18 years player, that have 5 stars (I recently bought it), and for example after a cardio, I only get +3.....

All the rest of my players (including older ones) are training better...

I can't understand anything, please can anyone help me?

Yup, I'm afraid you have signed a duck. Some youths are poor in training, I have a young guy that does 10/20/30 on all 3 types on hard training, you will probably just sell him next season when he is 4*.

And there is anyway to know it before buying it?

only in price with similar type player as he will cost less.

So for example, if you see 2 DR with 18 years, with the same quality, the most expensive one is going to train better?

Yupp, thats the measurement system that everyone uses (more or less). But you could also look at his stats (both skill & performance) and then decide if you want to buy him or not.

Btw, which lvl are you at?

I remember in season two i signed a 18 years of 16 quality.... i sold him in season 4... he was only 20* quality, so he gained only 4 points in two seasons.... really poor

Ok, Thouht you were a newbie.

Anyway, you could try to increase the training intensity from normal and hard (intervall) and see if he gets better or not. Otherwise sell him (There's nothing you can do)

buy the expensive ones only

you need to know to buy the best players, young and the more expensive they are the better. with time you will ever buy better players

If you want youth with better training always goes for the most expensive youngsters but that doesn't mean 100% you will get a fast trainer. Sometimes I got normal trainers after paying the hefty pricetag but most of the time its fast trainers :)
