    Level 1 Cup

    It is somehow possible to play in a Level 1 cup?

    I understand that Level 2 cup comprise teams from 10 to 15 of overall quality (40-60% in level 1)

    Sign a lot of 3* Players while playing in level 1 and keep only 1 or 2 4-5* players
