This explains why previous season,those who lower their quality for a better draw in the cup competition had many abandoned or very low quality teams in their leagues.
Last season my main team was in a league with 3 teams 70%-90% q and all the others under 50%q
2nd team was with a team~80%q,all the other teams under 50%q
