Sorry Ronny but your formation is kinda weird, why don't you start off with those proven formation like 4-4-2 as a beginner and slowly experiment with your young team. You are already in the 8th place which means you might be redoing level 1 again. With your current weird formation even getting a new scout might not make any impact. Don't confuse your players

Sad to see u use illegal formation when u have great player. Fully utilize yg player strength and i believe u deserve better league position
