cannot add friend in Top Eleven IOS version

Hi all - i have a problem whereby i cant add any friend in TOP ELEVEN. I'm using the IOS version.

Each time when i click on the "Add friend", then it will shown that it's been "click" then right after this, it will appear "unclick"

anyone can advice me? thanks.
