Anyone has same problem with me?

Hic..Actually I'm very optimistic in playing T11 from 2013...Level 41 now..
For the last 4 seasons...I was always be placed with higher 1-2 level team in CL..even that I still managed finish 3rd place (lost 2-3 to higher level team in Semi)..so I decided to tank and successfully drop to Nivea men league...However, the situation even getting worst...
Immediately, Now I even seeding together with 3 teams from level 42 to level 44 which are superior quality to mine...Is it now its allowed in T11? I thought this only could happen in CUP format?
How am I going to win the CL or Nivea League if it continues like this??....I am doing well in Cup so far as well as league BUT Nivea League is impossible..Consider I have very balance squad with 6* players average fro the whole team..Im the fan of balancing team..atleast every single player in my team is 5* (ending either 4 or 9) close to 6* quality..to the end of the season, I should have some 7* players so for the coming season it will maintain 6* at least...

Does anyone facing the same problem like me?

nordeus the latest months, really messed up with the levels of CH.L (and S.L too).
You really don't know if gonna face teams of your lv or +1 above.
Considering that you are close to the top of your server, all the teams there, have similar problems.

i have hte same issue....im every time the lowest manager on CL.......sometimes i can manage to pass grups, but most of the time i cant.....2 or 3 seasons ago i was placed with managers from same lvl as me and i managed to win CL that season...since then always facing high lvls ......

Thanks 4 ur answer BUT Its not what my intention to ask...I'm asking that anyone is facing the same problem as me and would the developer correct smth or not..Should it be fair if in CL or Nivea League, the teams should be more or less at same level (+ or -1) instead of 3 levels higher like which now I'm facing...
And about the experiencing in playing..I think I've enough experience to play those tactics..In fact it's rather boring with the league or champion league challengers since most of the time I am always finish as champion and no more target to achieve... Under more than 40 seasons I played so far..I was 9 times Treble Winner and nearly 30 times Double champion,bro..
