Why do we have to sign with tokens players from youth academy?

Am level 3 in season 3 and I got this player recently from youth academy



Why should I sign him with 21 tokens when he came from my academy he should be signed for free or cash instead. why? or because Nordeus is greedy?

it is simple. nordeus just want to take out as much money from you as possible. it is not about gameplay or anything what is realistic. forgot it. it is just about taking your money.

You will get a player for free, and the better one for tokens......why? because it's just in the game. Everyone has the same issue about this.
But also in RL, you'll have to make new players an offer so that they will stay in your squad!

I have seen 27, 28 or 29 quality players from auction but it is hard to sign them because everyone wants them, reaching knockout round 10+

Bid during the season insteed of right from the start, bid at onother time (early or late), bid on older players (?)......or save some tokens and get a scout
