    Lightbulb Training def, mid, att ?

    Is it worth training defenders, midfielders and attackers separately?
    If my bonuses are 10%...
    At the moment I use this kind of training:

    This will give me max bonuses, but also all the players will have the same training...( defenders, midfielders and attackers, also GK )
    ( Should I mix up individual training for def, mid and attackers? Is it worth it? )

    Create a session with 2 drills from each category.
    warm-up/stretch/video analysis/piggy in the middle/skill drill/pass,go&shoot

    Use this 6drill set for all your players in order to reach the 10% bonus or what % bonus you want (2-3 of these sessions are needed for 10%)

    After reaching 10% there is no reason to train your players with the same kind of drills.
    Then you should focus on individual-power training.

    This low level easy ones drills are not enough for power training even if you have 2-3 sessions of the set you showed above it won't benefit much your players.
    These easy drills should be used only for reaching the bonus, having the less condition loss at the same time

    First of all you must check your latest match's statistics... If your team have got low proggression somewhere(Example success passes) try to train them with Pass,Go and shoot, about defense use Defensive Walls on Free Kicks, head training,Defense in Cross and video analysis... For physical and Mentalism Training use Warm up,stretching,Sprint and Gym.
