Criteria to determine league winner?

In case of two teams finishing with the same points, which are the criteria used to determine the final winner?

In my case, the league standing is this, with one match to go:



Obviously, boko's defeat was against me. The other game between us ended up with a draw.
I should win last game easily, but you never know...

I wonder what will happen if you lost 4-5 while he win 2-0. It will put both teams at same goals amount and goals difference.
