Cannot use personal trainer. Why ?

hey guys, I think I lost an episode here.
I 'm trying some tests with my player Ronaldo.
When I 'm trying to use personal trainer, I have this message (also have few other players in the team, with the same message).
Any ideas ?

It happened to one former player of mine when he turned 30 as well. I thought it is because he's getting older and therefore not any better and never really questioned it.

I sent a ticket to support and they told me that.
The thing with my other player Petros (and 4-5 more I have in my team) is that he isn't 1* player.
Those are academy players I kept for some seasons and now their quality is less than a star (it's about -5* )

Yep, this is due to the age of the player.
When a player turns 30, his manager can no longer use a personal trainer on him.
