You can't play for many seasons together, after 1-2 seasons (months) probably you 'll split up
but you can make an association group and play as a group of 6 teams every week end
you start a new team, do some training to reach lv5 and unlock the associations
The same do your friends.
You start a new group and then you invite them (or tell them the name of the group and they can search for it
max is 6 teams
you 'll invite them to play T11 (so create their new teams and start playing)
Very possible you won't be in the same league.
What you can do, is every one finish in position 10th or less (11-12-13-14) and start together from the lv1 again next season.
- but till then, you can start your asso group and play together
