I would like to know if anyone else is having difficulty entering the game on the computer because I can not play any more after the update, it only loads the old version, my game loads the new version a bit and, after that, it does not load anymore, someone do you know what I should do to get back to normal?

Have you tried the following:
1. Check if your browser is updated
2. Clear the browser cache and cookies
3. Try running Top 11 on another browser
4. Try to run the game on both topeleven.com and Facebook
Where/when does the new version freeze up and stop loading? Any error message?
Also, does the old version load fully? Are you able to play at all?
And can you tell me your system specs?
- Operating System
- Amount of RAM
- GPU / Video card
- CPU / Processor
- What browser do you try to run the game on? Which others you tried as well?
This is loading a little and then freezes, before I was showing a msg error and asking me to load the old version, then the old version was normal, only q is the one that has nothing updated or is the first version of the top eleven.

- And I already tested on both facebook and topeleven.com and I could not

I'm running with google chrome but I already tried it with firefox too and it did not open
try to resett your modem
just turn off your router and turn it back on
then your modem/router is reset from your provider(and cache is cleared from router)
Maybe it will help (if your provider uses a dynamic ip-adres)

The new version is taking a lot of memory of your videocard and its not stable yet
ill get sometimes also the message i must load the old version or try again disconnecting
and i have 3gb video with 8gb ram and i7 3500mhz
so its not stable because i can play all new games (witcher3/mafia3 ect) at 60 fps high Quality
even online games like Startrek online with no problems
and only topeleven give me sometimes problems
and this update is the top of al frustations at the moment to many bugs

That is definitely quite low. Top 11 may not be graphically intensive but... Jeez I haven't stumbled on a 128 megs GPU in many years. Seeing as how you have more than the recommended RAM for the game (Which is 2 GB) I suppose that it's your GPU that's causing the issue. :(

What is the exact model of your graphics card btw?
And when exactly did you last play the new version on your PC? The update came out on the 8th. Were you able to load the new version before that?

Well I did bring this to the devs. Your GPU should have enough juice in it to load the game, Diego. We'll further check what could cause a possible issue.

So you did run the new ver right before the update. Really strange issue then.
