Why always 4-4-2 classic???

Alright so I been browsing around alot of leagues and what I noticed is that about 90 % of the big token buyers all play the classic 4-4-2!!!!
And they are all dominating their leagues..... again all with the classic 4-4-2!
What do you guys think?

hmm, I see most of them using 4-5-1V, haven't come across 4-4-2.

i se most of them using 4 - 5 - 1 or 4 - 4- 2 , they are best formations

All the teams in and around me play 4-1-2-1-2 or 4-5-1V :S

it's probably your fault. the normal situation is to be 2 strong teams in the league. not 7. the only explanation is that you are friends so you are connected. i have a lot of strong competition for my cup and cl. i dont need to add extra competition to my league so i remove all my strong same level friends from day 1 until day 3.

there are 2 types of token buyers. the first type just want to win but not spending much time playing and preparing their team. so the best option for them is 4-4-2. it's true that most of the scout teams i have faced without their managers being present were playing 4-4-2. the other type of token buyers is those who spend a lot of time watching the games and preparing their teams. they have versatile players playing a variety of formations. good luck with those cause you gonna need it.
