When negations for players what would be the best type of token amount to bid a player for ?

Here, take a like for asking and not offering 0T like many managers do.
My ranking: 3-4T for normal players, 5-7T for exceptional whom I really need. I paid 10T once for a striker, 7T wasn't enough for his previous owner.
