This is universal.
Each region has some specific times the ads are available and you need to login and get them all without quitting the game.
If you restart the app, you may lose them.
Im telling this from personal experience in India.
Over the last week, there was just 1 day when I didnt receive any ads, else I have received 30 straight on the remaining 6 days.

The reason I find them all the time is I only use them when I need them - I don't 'farm' bonuses.
Right now in Holland also no video's available. Propably a temporarily malfunction. I wouldn't worry too much.
it's your game,try to clean cache and data,or just delete the game and reinstall it may fix your problem
I'm in UK too,what I can't understand is that with 1 team I have/had no problem ever getting packs or ×2 bonus,but with my other team,after the last update,most of times I don't have ×2bonus and also less videos for packs than my other team🤔
