This is universal.
Each region has some specific times the ads are available and you need to login and get them all without quitting the game.
If you restart the app, you may lose them.
Im telling this from personal experience in India.
Over the last week, there was just 1 day when I didnt receive any ads, else I have received 30 straight on the remaining 6 days.

I'm in the UK and get lots of videos for 2x training bonuses and free morale and condition boosters, but only on the mobile (Android) platform. You get the opportunity on PC/FB, but these tend to be links to opinion and games websites that expect you to spend ages filling in 'Top 10's and doing quizzes...
The reason I find them all the time is I only use them when I need them - I don't 'farm' bonuses.

Right now in Holland also no video's available. Propably a temporarily malfunction. I wouldn't worry too much.

it's your game,try to clean cache and data,or just delete the game and reinstall it may fix your problem

I'm in UK too,what I can't understand is that with 1 team I have/had no problem ever getting packs or ×2 bonus,but with my other team,after the last update,most of times I don't have ×2bonus and also less videos for packs than my other team🤔

i live in bangkok from uk went home recently all worked same pretty muchI'm in UK too,what I can't understand is that with 1 team I have/had no problem ever getting packs or ×2 bonus,but with my other team,after the last update,most of times I don't have ×2bonus and also less videos for packs than my other team
