Hey Pneshev try clearing the cache of the Top 11 app on your device, then try watching some vids again. Also you can try changing your connection type from 3/4G to Wifi and/or vice versa. Try other internet providers to see if there if video are able to stream to your device then.

it is about 1 month by now I got the same issue. Trouble is identified as the version from 5.3 to those of now !

I managed to come back on version 5.2 and everything worked fine again !!!

So ... ?
