thats why i need to play 3-1-4-1-1 ...
so i need info for this also which set up is recommended

Use a formation that truly compliments your best players. And slowly buy players that compliment your desired formation. I started off with a flat mid 4. Because the team i was given in season one, was more suited to it. Then slowly bought AMC's, DMC's and wingers to suite my current formation.
