    The reason I don't accept is that I figured some managers would do that to test their formation in a friendly match againt mine prior to the upcoming match against me

    Just make sure the formation you've got set up is not the one you would use in the match against them.

    Well I don't want to start micromanaging for this kind of thing. Better to simply ignore these requests

    - Visit them and find there's a small x on the top right of their pic - Use that
