now seriously, it happened to me a few times even not bidding at the last second, I contacted Nordeus Support and didn't get any help there, just accusations that I don't understand the system and that my internet connection is ****. so there's nothing you can do about it, just don't bid at the last second.

Phones are never a good thing for auctions, there is always a delay. bidding in the last second increases the risk of missing the bid
