    Can I expect weak teams during higher levels as well? Or is it going to be fight among the King Kongs?

    There're lots of abandoned teams. Most of your league opponents will be no more than a few old rags. Not all of them, of course.
    But anyway League is not that interesting IMHO. Also, there is no point to win it, except getting the access to CL. Winning the League brings problems (promotion -- 20% of percentage quality loss) and gives nothing back.
