-) At cup, we played vs 22% weaker opponent, we never struggled last few seasons. Today... we got our first troll result. The same keeper, who saved ALL!!! at league game, made not a single save against that weaker team. We took the lead, suddenly the opponent scored 3 times... with the first 3 SoT. :rolleyes: after 3:1, SoT were 3:4 to us, but oppo-keeper saved all.
Luckily we made a 3:3, but we had 8 SoT, keeper saved 4.
Weigl... who has a rating of 8,7 average over the last 5 games (and scored one against the tokenbuyer in league), was rated 5,1. :rolleyes:

I really lose my patience, so I made a decision: If I got trolled out again against a (much) weaker team, while the opponent give a **** on his game, I'll quit. I know, Nordeus doesn't care about me, a single user, but I don't waste my time anymore on such a broken engine/game.
Season started a bit mad for my teams, which asre ridicoulsy low level compared to all of yours!
My second team CENTRAL NORTE started with a quite troll result in cup against a 40% weaker team, a 4-4. Return match, with same formation and tactic except goalkeeper was a 8-0 victory.... no comment.
Main team, METAL THUNDER, got his first defeat in second match of league, 3-1 against a similar quality team, like 2% better. Surprise for me was at half time my team had 10 shots, 0 of them in target. Finally 4 SoT out of 17 shots, what i think is a quite low rate. But in general MT is having lots of problems to score even against weaker teams in cup. I tried to go with same team as past season but seems strikers forgot how to score!
My champions league match yesterday was one of the most painful games I ever played on TE... I was 11% weaker and had things under control, but I was away from home and battery went off.. Guess what... I lost 3-2..thanks to those that were there. Home Guard FC played a home Cup 1st Leg match, and won 6-0. Matias Rolando bagged another brace, Yves Ndjengue, Hudson Mendes Ribeiro, Juan Pablo Medina and Hekmat Fadhil the others.
Desert Rats FC had AM Recommend players today - for the first time in a while, Goalkeepers were recommended, and the Management couldn't resist...

For the away Cup match, Aaron Taylor was preferred to the new recruit, as now is not the time for experimentation. Facing a side with slightly less Quality, the match had 0-0 written all over it, and thus it came to pass...

I'm going to be away for the majority of the upcoming season but I have stumbled across a formation that reminds me of 2004 Chelsea.
So far I have seen an abundance of team counterattack animations that nearly always lead to goals.
I've also yet to concede since using it, even with a 3* GK in for 2 matches against opponents within 10% Q.
It's a 3-2-1-3-1 but I won't give anymore details just yet.

Desert Rats Day 5 report.
The stench of Troll was rendolent around the 'Rathaus' today in both the matches that Desert Rats FC played.
First up was the second Champions League Group match, against a +1 Level side with poor Quality, and it was only a free-kick goal in the 83rd minute that gave the Rats any sort of parity, let alone trying to win the thing.

Substitutes Kostadin Marinov and Patrick Tillmanns each rated 6.3 for their 33 minute stint on the pitch. Both 'keepers made 5/8 saves, yet one gets 6.3 and the other 7.5?...
In the league match, goalkeeper Badr Cruz made his debut and put in a MoM-winning stint to keep Desert Rats in the match. Kostadin Marinov netted to give the hosts a slender win, on the day that two of the other three teams that were on 100% records along with the Rats suffered home defeats.

-) At league, the chinese tokenbuyer and 1.russian TB (my opponent from yesterday) played against each other... it ended 2:2, BUT the chinese guy watched, the russian didn't watch. Chinese was a lot better, but the efficiency was to the "bot"-team (surprise, surprise): 16% to 67%. Good for me, but it shows again that broken engine. -.-'
-) At league... Costa was simply brillant: 3 goals, 3 assists (at 7:0-victory). He was so good, the AM noticed him twice. :p

Home Guard Day 5 report.
Home Guard FC played a home League match this morning, having a large Quality advantage over their opponents. They found scoring hard to come by in the first-half, but obviously put their scoring boots on during the break, and ran out 6-0 winners. Hudson Mendes Ribeiro got greedy and bagged four goals, Kevin Sohn and Samuel Njewel picking up the scraps.
As the poor relations in their Champions League Group, Home Guard are aiming for the Super League slot rather than try for qualification to the CL knockout stage, but they produced a stunning performance away at a team some 10% better Quality, and won 1-0. Samuel Njewel scored the vital goal in the 53rd minute, and the defence then put in an awesome shift to protect the lead thereafter, DMC Juan Pablo Mendes earning MoM for his efforts.
Today, we played against the chinese guy... he was a little bit stonger (~5%). I decided to not watch the game on my own. I logged in with the account of my wife (if it went wrong, I could jump in) ... and we won. We had a very good efficieny against a high 9* keeper -> 50%. Opponent was there.

That was a big step to win this hardcore league: 2 wins against tokenbuyer, 5 point ahead of this two. The 3.TB struggled tonight, made only a draw, so we are also 2 points ahead of them.
The only thing, what makes me wonder: what the hell is going on at Nordeus HQ? Do they smoke too much weed? We have a chinese tokenbuyer, who made a single point against two weaker teams, while this teams were unmanaged during the game. My motivation is down to bottom, but how does he feels right now? He spend (a lot?) of money and his chance to win this league not that good anymore. Maybe he buys more and pushes more, but even he will beat me at the 2.leg, he will be 2 points behind me...
Yes, for sure, it's good for me, but where is the fun to play against the kind of guys, if all you have to do, let the AI win? That's the best way, to destroy this game - is it the goal of Nordeus?:confused:
It feels bad man, I cannot describe it. This season I tank, so I do not max out my bonuses and play with the same formation with fully tired players. Strangely, I won 2 of 2 games in +1 CL lol. This guy must also be a heavy heavy token buyer as he has a 9* GK. I cannot imagine how it pains him. These trolls will increase more for sure. My conspiracy theory is it is either related to exploiters case or they accidentally ruined the engine after the latest updates. Nothing more comes to my mind. I think the idea that engine favor the absent manager team is brilliant.
Now I can relax if I cannot watch the game. No worry about opponent manager change tactic while the match is going well for him.
To me, this game is suck if it is a race of who beats who on having more free time. It's more interesting to compete on who manage the club better.
Just enjoy the game without watching my own game but supporting my friend.
Hakurei United had a better day, still, winning 5-1 against Bayern Malaka where talisman attended the game (thanks, man!) then 3-0 win against Real Madrid. They will face AREMA POLICE in the next cup game.

Like their senior team yesterday, Home Guard had a riot of Goalkeepers to chose from this morning, and, still having the two original 'keepers in the squad, the Management took the chance to upgrade.

The new signing was inserted in the squad for the League match of the day, away against the League leaders, and while not setting the world on fire, performed adequately. The rest of the side, however, shone brilliantly, AMC Samuel Njewel, and strikers Matias Rolando and Supachai Sunthornpit each scoring twice in a 6-2 win which takes Home Guard to the top of the heap.
With a 6-0 win on the board from the 1st Leg, it was the bench-warmers that got the nod against their Cup opponents, and they still managed to rack up five goals to go through to the next round 11-0 on aggregate. Left-winger Ryan Mitchison netted a hat-trick, right-winger Hudson Mendes Ribeiro and midfielder Alban Haag getting the other two.
Hmmm.. three games aganst same opp... Well guess that means that i am out of the cup :p
