I'm very curious how to just train crossing without wasting on other grey skills. I don't think MOMs is enough in this case.

Aaaah, I can't add crossing to my player without adding heading.
My player MC/ML/MR 27 years old, crossing ~100%, heading ~40%.
Is my player not old enough or heading is little too high?

No, he is old... If you want ~~1% percent for grey skills you HAVE to train >>specifically(avoiding greys mostly)<< him from young age!

Seem like hard to maintain him at this level, he used to be good last season, score in almost every match as MR.
Fast counter attacks add grey skill finishing to him, which is 47% now.
Maybe I will sell him next season, it's a hard decision but it has to be done.

Sell him if he is not performing well (he can't achieve higher form than 7) IMHO!
don't forget: form over Q until some point
