Started a week ago,still don't know how to actually build a team

Should i make my marking style zonal?or because my defenders have good quality for my league should i go man-on-man.How about team mentally?I mean if i go hard offensive will it help me score more goals?So if i see that the enemy team got low defence should i try to play offensive?

I too try to have a young team, but it is always worthwhile to have 2 or 3 more experienced players in your squad, to balance the quality. A good 26/27/28 yo with three star quality, are always a help, especially if you can get them for under 1M.

So does that means an olader player will be better than a younger player even if they have the same stars?
