Whats happening to the Top Eleven think-tank / admins?

This is my 5th month of playing this game, and I can say I fell addicted to it but from past few weeks the game started to loosen its charm.
In last five months there is not a single day when I haven't checked in dozens of times and played the game every hour.

Let me tell you I was a frequent token buyer of this game too and along with purchasing tokens the free green packs (with videos) were helping me to keep having a good enough club to compete but from past few weeks the daily 30 videos lowered to 25 and now I cant get more than 14 to 18 videos a day, with daily lesser and lesser videos! is making impossible to train players now, and with that I myself started loosing the charm. I know many people I met during past 5 months and we became Facebook friends just because of playing the TE game has quit the game already due to this.

Loosing a star every season and then not having good enough free videos every day. It will destroy the game. I request everyone to check their league and see how many ghost teams are thr now, their managers left due to this already. Who's next now?

I think I am the next one and many more people to follow If TE doesn't change their strategy.
Top Eleven why are you doing this? You need to change the loosing star strategy or if you want to keep it then give atleast 30 plus videos everyday so that we can train. Otherwise a good bye from a person who played it for 5 long seasons and invested money too.

Give up this game as you can now man, nothing will be changed and this game will suck more. As I said before video issues are not even a problem compared to troll results which you also complained. But nothing will be changed.

As sad as that sounds, I'm afraid you are right on all count!
Maybe the admins of the game are no longer motivated to keep improving. No drive whatsoever. This is my 10th season and by far the worst. Troll results have driven me to the edge and I am seriously reviewing my participation.
I am thinking of quitting for good. This is the reality.

That's so sad to read. Yeah Top eleven admins are making us hard to play the game, Unfortunately they are making way for us to leave the game.
There are so many improvements they can make which bring back old players.

for example

1. Set a video limit to 50 everyday.
2. Do something with those Ghost teams.
3. A team finishing in bottom 3 will relegates. Because there are too many players who deliberately wants to loose because they just cant improve with current on going lesser videos available. and if they finish in top eight they loose a star and it makes them even harder to compete in next season. So If a relegation system is thr then they might avoid doing deliberate losing of games. But combat against them only if you facilitate other points otherwise it will make them even harder.
4. If someone auction out a player, then he receives tokens (Spent in that auction by the winner of the auction) alongside with the money.
5. Improve youth academy and give more young players free without spending tokens or at-least lower the tokens for them.
Many more can be done for improving the game but I doubt Top Eleven management will do anything because they are just milking money from the game right now.

Totally agree with you guys. Nordeus only speaks about not important things. The important ones are forbidden apparently

Ads- not in Nordeus' control, up to add providers, been said a thousand times. If Nordeus is "greedy" then why on earth wouldn't they take all the ad money they can and let you watch 24/7? You're not thinking economically, just assigning blame for a change in your experience.

More videos, tokens for auctions, more free players. Just begging, always someone is begging. Nordeus has addressed videos, and has acted to make the distribution more fair, because there was a time since players got 100 per day while others got...0. They ran the experiment of returning tokens to auction losers, making it easier to assess if that's a viable and positive change. They did change the academy players, initially leading to some mangers having a positive experience signing those players they were ignoring before; and possibly they are experimenting with Nordgen distribution times as well.

Losing a star - had there ever been a time when managers have not complained about that? It's a central game mechanism, and some of us learn to use it to our advantage.

Doing "something" about AI management, relegation, tanking. Well, given that 8th place doesn't automatically keep you from advancing, tanking managers complain, seems that they've always done something. It's clearly on their radar, it's a major vocal complaint from managers of all levels, but the "something" they might decide to address it has to take into account a lot of players, and not break the game otherwise.

If you ignore the work that Nord does, the fact that many threads here are responded to daily, that they ultimately fixed the association cheat, must constantly be fighting with bad ad experiences. There's just so much that is provided to players who don't pay, just support the massive ecosystem... It's a huge task, they do it well, frankly they deserve to profit. Keep a level head, y'all.

Btw, it's great to complain, honestly.
If you quit, Nord isn't going to cheer that, and will be glad to know your reasons, as you've shared. They learn from players and try to adapt. We could still have 2d, no bubbles animations, etc.

My point is - don't demonize Nordeus, hard working individuals, when we have a hiccup or a headache in our gaming experience.
Remember we can always take some breaks, for days out seasons, like Khris.
Addiction, a reality of gaming, makes it hard or even painful to step away, but it might return a sense of control. Maybe you can come back and see a new aspect of the game that will excite you.

I stopped watching ads for some weeks because of too many crashes, but I can think about how to conserve packs, who really needs the training. If you'd like to play, you will do it on your terms, and can play for years.

They should do away with ads, and do away with the player promotion drop -20% , then everyone will be happy and no more tanking. Cup competition will be on same level. Top brass player only available through token buy, just like branded logo and Jersey. That way they can still make money. A few hidden top player in auction.
Its should be game of football management involving of players and tactic strategy, but right now we got active players who willing to manage , understand the tactics and can win games but Nordeous trying everything to stop them with troll results, unfair cup draw, quality drop upon promotion, unavailability in recommended players, less video ads.

LOL Reading your post just remiding me about an ignorant king who was surrounded by his dumb companions, They kept saying the King that "All is good" until a sudden attack on the king and his kingdom and the time King realized what had happened! the attackers ruined his kingdom and the King was killed :D

Remember a constructive criticism is life, its for the betterment and If you ignores it, you will loose somehow.

If more than 90% people are not happy with the current on-going things then there is a problem somewhere.

Remember majority of the game playing people aren't forum users, Its only a handful of people using this forum, I bet 95% people who left the game never used this forum platform to express why they are leaving. What problems they faced. So a sudden left?

Remember I live in a third world country, I spent around 100$ in my first three seasons of Top Eleven, That was a huge money if you compare to my currency and my country, but still I was good to invest but after the first three seasons they started making the life harder for players and wanted them to invest more and more which is why i stopped investing after three seasons because I realized there is no way you can build a team which can stay good if you level up next season, you gonna need to reinvest atleast after every two seasons,
In my second season I lost a champions league semi final, my opponent was 37% lower than me, he did not appeared in both the legs, On the other hand I had full 10% training bonuses and even the match possession bonuses too but I lost both matches comprehensively, he was like 100% ahead me when he was 37% lowered me. Not only my team did not even manage to score goal but never even attempt a shot, and the other team bombarded me with goals.
That thing really broke my heart because that day I realized there are many hidden facts alive in the game.

Video ads is not a problem, they can fix it easily, they can even give a certain amount of green packs to every team every day to train thr player without watching the videos. Advertiser videos can be extra depending on their availability.

I am not asking to refund the tokens to players who loose auctions, though it was a good step but my main point was to give tokens to the person who held the auction, because he purchased the player with tokens along with the money, so why he receiving only money when auction out those players? he can get the tokens spent by the auction winner along with the money.

Many more things but only if Nordeus really wants to improve.

Completely agree, LeManiaque. Some time ago, I only received 5-7 videos daily simply because there were no more available in my contry. And I had to compete with guys who had virtually unlimited resources. And what could I do? I either could keep complaining and threating I would quit the game, or I learn how to train my squad and maximize bonuses without spending a greens, just through the beetter planning, picking the correct drills, picking the correct plyers to train etc. I have chosen the second way.

I believe now the game is much more fair than it was ever before. I like what Nordeus does and I think the game is balanced very well and I am sure it enables to be succesful for everyone. But everyone has a choice - and complaining is always more comfortable than improving themselves.

Santa you dont even read the issue of the thread. I also know how to maximize my bonuses to the maximum 10% without spending a single green pack. But thats not an issue here. Read first.
Also i am very disappointed with Nordeus that they did not approve my post which I posted last night. It was not against them but had few suggestions.

Yeah I get with you dude on this. I am four months in and have stopped caring about it. I never bought any tokens and I'm glad I didn't as it really wouldn't feel value for money. my other main issues is that i keep losing to teams when their manager isn't watching and no matter what I do in the game I still can't change anything and when I do lose, I am told it's because of the training. Yet I always do training, so wtf!

It just feels like there is no incentive to actually bother watching the match or take the training sessions, it's fun to begin with and then just becomes dull and repetitive.

Mak112, it's only how Top Eleven used to teach you. If you think you struggled with 30 videos a day or with 15 let's say which are still enough to recover the players after a game you must know that million of us use to play with 0 green packs from videos? Why? Because we don't have, so saying that the game would die because of this I think is wrong. Honestly I think this might be a normal comeback to what it used to be. To many strong teams nowadays honestly and I am not saying this to be rude or something is just we got to that level where "premium" customers can actually get lower then "regular" customers and this for sure have a huge impact on tokens bought by players.

The reason Top Eleven set these limits it's because they were actually the ones that killed the game recently, every day, over the night everyone could be 9 stars so yea they just played with the limits to adjust them and share them more fair. Even with a limit of 20 videos per day we speak of over 500 green packs extra per season while others more unfortunate to be born in X or Y region have 0 so please explain me how fair is that and why they shouldn't quite because you have such a big advantage over them?

Regarding losing stars. Stars are "****" if Admins allow me to use this word. It was never about the stars, is about the quality that always change when you level up. Stars are visual highlights so you can make an idea about team quality reported to the current level.

This system of "stars" would never change or honestly I don't think so because basically that's the unique thing that makes Top Eleven different from the others.

I'm dealing with them for a very long time and trust me, Top Eleven can confirm that I criticize them more then anyone but think on a larger scale. As LeManiaque said do you think they wouldn't like unlimited videos for everyone so they can earn more and more? But this would destroy the game and divide it into 2 categories and what might be a big income for them would be also a short time one and they aren't here for months, they play to stay longer.

Actually Top Eleven is moving quite good recently, especially comparing with 2015 which for me was their "worst year" but they are huge, they must do things slowly and without rushing.

All feedback is valuable but you should also accept the feedback from us because in the end, just as you said above "Remember a constructive criticism is life, its for the betterment and If you ignores it, you will loose somehow." .

Basically what most of you is to change the game only as they want without thinking very much of the others. Just as you said above, set the limit to "50 videos per day" well then my friend we speak of 1400 videos every season, that's actually huge. Green boosters are almost as powerful as tokens so pretty much we speak of 1 token is equal with 1 green booster so yea, "1400 tokens" as a free premium currency every season is quite huge, let me know which big game allows you to get free stuff that worth more then 100$ every season.

If you will stay a little more on forum or Top Eleven groups you will realize that there are still many open gates left by Top Eleven so we can play the game without much stress, we just need to find them.

Playing this game for about a year or so - but this season is the first season i decided to tank. I ve got a strong team , never tanked, always finished 1st place in the league , got 5 or 6 wins in the Cup,playing against +1 level teams, the same thing i can say about championship league.
And yes, i am donating , oh sorry, was donating some money - 25-30 bucks per month +- to buy scout players (79 tokens each), and others (39-69 tokens each). But enough is enough.
All of you got the strategy how to make your team good and strong - how to move forward ,step by step,little by little with this 20% decrease of quality every new season.
I ve had the strategy and it was based on free greens - when i started to play top11 it was 40 greens per day for free, then it became 35, not long ago the amount of greens reduced to 30. Now its 25 (for me its 20-22 a day, Russian federation,Moscow). Yeah, we need to adjust our strategy, we need to find the way. But comeon, in a few month they will set the limit to 20? And then to 15.

I ve raised my team quality from 60% the first season to about 130% on day 3-5 of the new one. The last season i finished with 135% and it was a record for me. The goal was 140% but with 20 free greens its almost impossible without tanking or spending a tonn of money. Yeah , i can spend 100 bucks each month to stay the same quality, i can spend more but there is no way iam gonna do it. Its just a game, and it was good.

So this season iam tanking - with no purpose to tell you the truth.
Iam not watching videos on daily basis
Not developing my stadium and so on

Cos i cant see the way to be as strong as i am now and i dont want to be a 100%+ team -cos i was near 140%
They ruined all the joy that i was getting out of this game with their strange moves. Their choise. My choise is to quit and i will do it in a month or so. Ah, and of course i wont spend a penny from now on cos it doesent make sense at all. You just cant change strategy every 2-3 month - ghe world is changing but not that quick)

the quality drop is the same for everyone how does it affect anything? if the top 8 get promoted all lose 20% whats the problem? i dont get the logic.

There is no problem in 20% lose at all. The problem is that you cant reach the same % team quality the next season with 20 free greens a day. To stay strong you need to:a) donate more b) tank.

So, if you were eating black caviar evey month and you enjoyed the thing - and then suddenly the black caviar is gone and replaced by a good but not that good red caviar in real life you will adjust, but in the game?

Honestly, don't you think is to much to stay near 7 to 8 or 8 stars without buying tokens? 8 stars is a super class team already, something that should be achieved only by playing with money, otherwise we would go to that situation when token buyer or not, won't make any difference at all and people would realize that and stop buying tokens which in the end won't be good for any of us.

As non tokens buyers our average should be 5 to 6 stars, I think is fair, that's how game is designed, not to be 7,8 stars all the time but Top Eleven have their fault as well because yea, they gave us free black caviar for to long.

8 star is a super class team like you say but the way competitions draw are designed, it makes no difference to performance as the game will pit you against other 8 star team. Btw, what you said is correct but there is one core issue still exist 'token buyer or not, won't make any difference at all'. With or without ads, token buyer also wont make any difference at all.

If the games took away all the ads, i guess not much would want to spent tokens either.

Who want to spend couple hundred bucks this season and next season all his opponents are same quality as him? Worse still, cup opponents are higher level and you spent 80 token to get 119Q player while they spent 1 token to get 119Q player.

Most people nowadays are watching ads to prolong their player career, also to maintain their quality at scout level, by using the free greens (which developer earned a tiny bit) because knowing that higher level opponent just need to spent 1 token on a scout player.

Maybe you just didn't manage your team that well? Maybe the tactics you employed were the wrong ones and a million other variables that could have contributed? Perhaps it isn't just down to the fact that you didn't invest more money, as you say, the team you lost to were rated 37% lower.

Seriously, saying that you can't get a good team without investing money and free videos is total BS to be honest. I have a 6 star team with my second account. Can't watch videos, don't invest money and win the league almost every season, won 4 trebles now and have 500 tokens to spare. Smart managing will get you far. You just got lazy when you invested that much money. You have the "lost" feeling. It is never going to be as good as it was when you invested money.

Forget that period and focus on the now. You can get 18 videos a day. Ok, that is it. You can still have easily a 6-7 star team with all special abilities. Think outside the box, adjust and man up.

Load of crap. I've tanked for seasons now and I still can't beat a lot of teams worse than me.
I performed much better when I was 5* or 6*, and still I didn't spend a single coin.

So whatever makes this engine work, does not entirely rely on quality. Though I agree that you can still get awesome results by playing for "free".

@North: Explain to me why it is a load of crap? My second team is level 25. Never tanked a season. Always scouted the transfer market for those nordgens or 18 yr old fast trainers. Never spend to many tokens on a player and always had a 6 star team (.5 or ..0 players and up but hey 6 stars). Right now in the bank I have 505 tokens (and I just bought a 79 token youth) and about 300 greens.

My first team I have never tanked but I bought about 150 tokens there as tokens were a lot harder to get by at start and I went into crazy bidding wars. Never tanked a season and also there I have a team of 6 stars and all special abilities although I am now experimenting a little more with players without SA. Still 300 tokens in the bank and I have 800 greens there and I haven't watched a lot of videos lately. 6 months back I had something like 1400 greens after watching a lot.

I had an 8 star team. Full 10% bonuses. 80 plus condition of all starting eleven. Morale was Fully boosted and also winning bonus too. And minnows crushed me. Lol
