Relevance of percentage

Guys when I remove one of my AMR/AMC then my attacking percentage sees a spike from 107% to 115%!!(in match overview ). He is a regular in my team as he is a corner specialist.

I'm just wondering if i remove him from my starting lineup what can i expect from this percentage increase?... and i forgot to mention I'm swapping him with a MC and all other players are same.

The attacking percentage is the average quality of all of your strikers and attacking midfielders.

The midfield percentage is the average quality of all your attacking, regular, and defensive midfielders.

The defensive percentage is the average quality of all your defensive midfielders, defenders, and goalkeeper.
