Red card for saying bad words to the ref

Today i played in semifinal CL and my player said some bad words to the ref and he got an instantly Red card in minute 3.This is very very weird especially it was minute 3.Is this a bug or smthing?

I've seen this before. 3rd minute was harsh though, that's unlucky.

this is totally random, yesterday I played in the Cup final and my MC got a red card in 17th minute. I was very mad, because after some 35+ games in season nordeus decided to do this at such an important game. but, I won the Cup by 3:1. my logic is that nordeus algoritam calculated that I would win the competition but decided to spice things up.
but, just to be sure, I always make sure players are not low on morale in finals.

Sometimes whole team morale max also lose and ass man will say team not motivated enough.
