Can someone please explain to me how a minimum wage of 10 token plus 10 tokens offer can be equal to 30 tokens? I'm missing something?

The first 10 is the price of the transaction. After that, whatever you bid, half goes to the manager, half to Nordeus. So 10 + 20 = 30

This is the nego list.
The column in the right it's the first entry if I want to make an offer.
The common rule is that the younger players have an entry of 10 tokens.
Those go direct to nordeus, none to the seller.
If we want to offer 10 tokens to the manager/ seller so to persuade him to accept, it's 10 more tokens to nordeus.
Totally 27 tokens.
If it is 5 token our offer, then it's 7T (the entry) + 5 (to seller) +5 (to nordeus)= 17 token
