Train to 98% or 99% condition?

Exactly... condition is overrated, that's why I'd rather sacrifice a little and make sure I don't miss any increase in quality by training.

Condition does not matter. Morale does not matter. Nobody can explain what skills are for. SAs usefulness is disputed. Results are often inconsistent from one match to another.

Is there anything not left to randomness in this game?
