Red card and Goal keeper injury

Playing with 1 striker, and my striker got straight Red card on the 1st minute. Then on 24th minute the goal keeper got injured. This is the first time in 25 seasons my goalkeeper got injured?? The 4* substitute goalkeeper did good job and saved many shots. The funny part was, after goalkeeper substitution, the game animation only showed my defender as goalkeeper.. haa haa haa
