Possession, goals chances and so on, and liverpool lost...So it happens and that's not the only eample....Prepare your players and your tactic better andd you wont get those results. That is one sick excuse for a bad engine. Surprises may happen in football, once in a while, but lately TE is just a streak of widely off results for no reason.
In football quality and tactics come first, then comes condition and morale, than luck, home bonus and maybe something else. A weaker team can surprise a better team just beacuse of good result management, good form and a bit of luck (goal by penalty or counter attack). You will never see Barcelona lose 0-2 at home to Admira Wacker in an important CL game. Why? Because Barca maybe out of form and play bad, but quality will soon or later hit. There may be one or more factors to a surprise result.

In TE none of this happen. You can have better quality and tactics, be at best condition and have all the bonus and still lose to an inactive manager. Why does this happen? Why does this happen more than once in a row or in one season?
In real football you may find one of these reason, in TE you won't.

In real football even small teams train daily, spend money on transfer and try to reach their set goals. Stop pretending like an abandoned team in TE is the same. There is no reason to be salty over someone else's conclusion of the game.

It was the opposition that had the outfield GK - interesting to see why he didn't get the immediate 20% possession for that...

It's the reason why OP got the result he got in that match. In the return, opposition played a legal player in that position, so had better possession. A case of comparing chalk and cheese...

Don't you still go through on 5-1 aggregate? Then its pretty fair. He got 5 defenders defending for his life, while u still played long ball, based on your passing percentage.
