How can i know the player is fast skill gainer?

I saw some posts in topics that people are talking about the player is fast gainer or slow gainer. But how could u know? Even the player is 18 years old they are still saying "player is slow gainer".. How?

Not really, training progress varies about the 18 yo youths. Not all are fast trainers. Its still the value that determine their speed of training most of the time.
