Advice for me! Level 3 average quality around 30.

Hi.
I am doing very well but I have seem to have come to a stop. I find myself overpaying on good players because i am struggling to improve. What advice would you give to me?

In season 1: League (1st)
In season 2: League(1st), Champions League (1st)

Make a lot of friends immediate above and below your level. Negotiate for their players with respect.
Don't forget to keep a watch at their tactics and their playing style.
Lets say I owe more than half of my success to them.

Thank you for the good advice, I try my best to make friends. I also use friend requests to gauge how active other managers I am competing against are.
