Your post's title sounds ridiculous so that's why you get unkind answers. Where is the cheating with someone having a 1% team ? There are loads of hypotheses, here are two: 1) he just bought a truckload of tokens and is having fun rebuilding his squad 2) he just plays like an idiot and he's not the only one in this case.
