How many troll results you had this season ?

Team on right is better overall by 10 percent. Read that skills limit are 180 now. The quality difference i am seeing has already capped at 180 yes?
Because if not the left hand team could be stronger considering right hand team has alot of players above 180 for whites.

Where you read this? This would mean that low grey skills kill a player... And everyone should be trained balanced.

Edit: The more I think about this, the more it actually makes sense with the things I witnessed in the last weeks... I will try that. I'm really at a point where I don't care. Next season I will only train the grey skills of my players and see what happens.

Edit2: So guys I just draw against a 20% weaker, what I'm gonna do now is train greys of my players for a bit, I'm gonna post before after pics when I'm done and will see how it affects my games.

Thank you, like I edited above, I'm gonna test it. Almost all of my players have 180%+ whites and low greys, I'm now gonna train greys all day and see how it affects my season. I'm just sick of this.

i don't think you'll see any changes... and that's because you're entire season was programmed from day 1 by the server... sometimes the server lets you win easily matches and make you win trophies and sometimes (like this season) makes your team useless and you lose with pathetic teams... training, morale, bonuses, quality (especially quality) doesn't matter!!! the only thing that matters is the server. if it's on your side or against you. that's how pathetic this game has become.
i made the quadruple last season (server was on my side) and this season i have a better team but i'm struggling with pathetic 4* teams... so that's the only explanation: you can make your team the best you can (7, 8 stars), if the server wants you to lose, YOU LOSE. they don't give a sh*t about normal and loyal managers. good job nordeus, worst managing in history.

So I just did this for an example. Only about 120 rests, so the cost wasn't even this high. Let's see.

With 27 year old I would not do it, max 25. You will need too many rests...

Cool. What kind of training sessions did you use? Just opposite of white skill training?
