Desert Rats FC had their League constitution unveiled overnight, and are pretty pleased with the draw they have. Ranked second on Quality, they only have a friend team above them, and one they have a winning track record against.

Their first League match was away, and they had a comfortable win against a -20%Q team, Eros Martorelli bagging a brace either side of the break, Stefan Vucomanovic and debutant left-back Bruno Monge completing the 4-0 win.
Three hours later, they turned out against a +1 Level, -13%Q team in the Champions League and recorded a 2-1 away win. Sebastien Nielsen put the Rats ahead in the 19th minute, and the Rats held onto that lead until the last quarter-hour, when the hosts equalised, but it only took 60 seconds for Ever Devaca to put the visitors back in front.
Home Guard FC were also happy with their League draw, joint-third Quality-wise, they are well-placed to take silverware again this season.

That last statement was a bit tarnished by the performance in theuir first League match, at home to a -3%Q team, and the Management rather gave them the hair-dryer treatment at the way they blew a 2-0 lead in the last 10 minutes as the match ended in a 2-2 draw. Ellis Wardell and Alex Hill scored for the hosts, but the players will point to the unsettling effect of an injury to DMC Stephane Humbert as the turning point in the match.
The Management had another shopping trip in the late afternoon and picked up an elder-statesman DC/DMC, who it is hoped will bring his experience to bear on a young defence.

For their first Champions League match, Home Guard were away at a +1%Q team, but again failed to live up to their Managements hopes and quietly capitulated, losing 0-2.

what i have learned from last season :
lots of stuff, that condition doesn't come back as fast as i think. I just found out that it recovers 6% every 3 hours.
and also to never waste past 10 tokens on transfers. And that one good transfer in a week, is better than a decent one every day. Because of that i'm kind of broke 1.3M.

Particpating in association cup : yes in fact my association won it last season.

Replacements : I just realised that my team i all one star down which just made the game a looot harder. I kind of want to replace all my players. Hopefully if i win this season and get promoted i might tank the next season to buy some good transfers and put in some training.
Budget :1.3 million
Goals for this season : winning the triple crown, i am currently unbeaten with a 7 match win streak. I won my first match this season with a whopping 8-0.
My training level is 10
Main formation : so far i have been using only one formation and don't plan on chaning (4-4-2) my only problem with it is my midfielders are mostly the ones who score which is weird becuase i have a scout striker.

Give most importance to the player you are trying to buy(see his stats,how many positions,age,market value and wage etc.) and even if you just buy one player whole season, that is normal also.
But, like all of us you also want to experiment at the start , no worries. So, go there and buy as many as you can, maybe you will unlock some achievement.
Don't worry, if you play regularly, your finances will improve over the time, as you grow out of it(buying too many players)
If your scout striker have one extra position like AMC.. then play him from that position, to see the difference in his goal scoring abilities.

PS: I think there is no need for you to tank as you are only Lvl.2 ...Think about tanking after reaching maybe Lvl. 15 or so

I will prepare a Guess the score League and a Cup with elimination rounds and if posible, there will be 1 winner of 50T in each competition, plus some extra privileges in the last week of tournament regarding the shirts theme, and "if is posible" this season and the next, will try to do in middle season a "Super Limited" only for 5 forumers that will have each one not 1 or 2, but 5 chances. "If it's posible and all goes as I expect with all parts involved in that project". Soon more info.

Made 14T profit only today and bought 6 new players to further "abuse" this system. :D It's working so well in higher levels. On my second account level 9 it does not work as I get a lot of 0T offers and it annoys me. But on the level 40 account I can easily get 4-5 tokens for any semi-decent player. (age up to 21, double position defender, ST or MC, sometimes older with SA or triple position) Why even tank bruh?Quote:

Today I faced a -10% team in the FA and had wrong formation in da 1st leg so lost 0-4 but when Ive set the team OK then I won 10-0. LOL
...just half start more... 10% more only but crushed him.... I still thinking that some calibration is needed in the simulator,,,, I am agree in that the margin of beatability should be arround +30%-maybe 40% of quality... but lately Ive seen some things that are a little bit paranoid,,, true that had all bonuses 10% and the victory bonus.... but both attended,,,,
The only think that explains this is the selection of players of each team and the internal programming, wich is absolutely in my favour (due my always great job discarding players and testing and understanding them LOL).
First weekend in Platinum was an adventure, as our best member left 8 hours before the draw. i nearly left, but didn't; behind the scenes junk was going on which was entirely unnecessary. I got 7 points on the weekend, 6-0 and 1-0 wins in the semi's. A 0-3 defeat and 1-1 draw in the finals. We ended up winning both rounds 18-12 and 17-11 respectively, to extend our winning streak to 30 consecutive association duels (15 first places). ..
CL this season is going to be hard again. Somehow I can't win games. I had 4 games with 1 win, 2 ties and 1 loss. My last game I had 30 shots with 12 on target. My advisary with half of this amount of course ties due to a good goal keeper with 5 saves. I am afraid of this as I had a similar scenario last season with my main team. I had 9 points and was out of the CL because the other teams had 10 points...... Keeping my fingers crossed. Loved the assistant manager though. Domination all over and an unlucky tie and he says "It is an ok result for us". How about a big cup of NO!
Overall pretty normal results with wins and losses. No big troll results yet. So I am enjoying the season. I do have to say though that it is very hard to get good players. No cheap players to be gotten. Cheapest one is 13 tokens, but on average I pay 25-30 tokens for young fast trainers (sometimes with SA).
