Fixed fee for negotiated transfer

I am bidding for a player and have received a message that the player is now available for transfer immediately as the selling manager has set the fee he wants. But i cannot see what that fee i and whether i want to go ahead or not. Please help as the tine i have available to buy is reduing all the time
