I suspect but can't prove a player used cheats, should I report it?

So you 're about LV20 ? (or at least played 20-22 seasons).
You didn't have so far what we call "troll" results ?

No, nothing this bad! I've only suffered results like this when playing against players with 8-9 star teams. And this guy was definitely supposed to be weaker than me.

FYI I am a Division 24 Manager, played 25 seasons (only season i didn't promote was 1st season due to starting late and at the bottom of the table). I'm also in Platinum division. I'm highly competitive and know T11 tactics, so I doubt I just got outplayed.

Is there no point in reporting this?
