    Manager level

    how do you improve it whatever i do it never seems to go up?

    your manager level go up when you will finish league on 1-7 at the end of season.

    You need to place in the top 7 places of the league each season to go up a manager level.

    So is it just 1 level per season, or if you finish first place you can skip level 2 and go to 3+?

    1 level per season. You dont advance more even if you finish 1st 2nd or 3rd. But you stay in the same level when your position is 8th or lower.
