How do I use a skill boost?

Dumb question Im sure, but I can't figure out how to use a skill boost you receive by a friend daily. Where do they go and how do I apply them???? Thanks

They're allocated automatically to a player at random. When you press the button to receive a skill point it will tell you which player had a 4% boost but not to which skill it went.

You don't have to do nothing,the skill boost is going to the player who receive it.

when you have a player in negotiation list and then see that he earned the next star, he took the "gift" from your friend
