level cheat ???

I have just played at match in the superliga. Strange thing is: i am currently at league level 15 but my opponent is level 24.

I have checked his league. He is also itogether with lvl 15 league.

Looks really wrong in my eyes. Is that cheat ?

no, it's not cheat.
This guy stayed in the same levels for some seasons as I do.
Look at the quality and his League.

In the old times we had the chance to start from the beginning, LV1.
So when he became LV25, took a team from the beginning.
No cheating, he has the same transfer market as yours.
