We've got a day free from worrying about our associations matches tomorrow as we've been drawn against a world top 50 association. In a way I have to admire the dedication they've put into manipulating things. After all, how many of us would buy eight 5 star players on a Friday just for association matches. Combined with the three 8 star loans from a tanking team he's turned himself from a 1 star squad (yes, squad. Every single player was 1 star this morning.) into a 6 star team for tomorrow. Tired of it.

Keep on reporting this practice to Nordeus; maybe they will take actions against such things in the future. Include relevant screenshots in your report. Report everywhere you can, including sending private messages to Jeeves or Saucy. When Moi was around, he was helpful in cheating cases; I sent him private messages concerning different issues including cheating or non-sportsmanship practices, and he investigated. Such users are probably exploiting other things in the game too.

Who puts so much effort into cheating the system like this?

Tactician: I can't really see the point in complaining officially about this. It's just sour grapes on my behalf about having such a bad draw this weekend. And probably the other association has done nothing to contravene any written rules within the Top Eleven/Nordeus policies. It's 3/4 managers, some with 2 accounts. Tanking is being used as a means to improve certain teams rating - but that's not against the rules!??? Unsportsmanship. Well that goes without saying.
F1madman: who does this? Well high level managers who are thoroughly bored with the lack of challenges on offer to them. Same old, same old. League, cup, champions league opponents always the same. Too easy/impossible to win they find other challenges within the Top Eleven framework, set up 2nd teams and manipulate to win associations.
33 weekends played. 30 wins, 2 runners up and 1 third place. Experienced managers BORED with life at the top of their servers. What else they gonna do? Leave? Ha!

Yes. But what a shame about something that should/could/would have been such a great feature.

I have a similar opponent tomorrow....not as bad though.
At time of draw, his team quality was 50%....he has bought and trained players....now at 85%...will take 3 8* loans and probably end up around 100%.
Hats off to the dedication of such players.
I have seen draw manipulation with loans...having a few high star teams and few very low star ones...but this one was a first for me.
Hopefully, we can still trounce them tomorrow.

There is a difference between complaining and reporting. I asked you to report. The people there must know what is wrong to be able to find fixes or solutions. If they have not been made to know, then where will the solutions or fixes come? Take the loan exploit for example. People reported that, and then they took action or took measures (though much later). The same applies for your case.

You are speaking about rules. Let me show you an example. In the past, someone used his secondary account to doubly support his friend's team who was playing against mine. You would think that using alternating accounts to add supporters would not be against the rules, but this user got a warning from what Moi told me after I reported him. Since then, I did not see him doing double support in that same competition where his 'friend' was for that season, and he probably stopped doing it for his main team too.

Update.
We drew 16-16 with the same number of goals.
Lost the penalty shootout 3-4.
So that will put us in the final, right? Thanks to the bug in associations penalties?
At the moment 5 hours after the games were played it's still not showing a result or tomorrow's (todays) fixtures.
If the other association don't know about the bug they must be going crazy wondering what's happening. And when they find out.........

my cup semi final opponent is 148%
now he is sitting 100% for his league game with all players on the wings
most of his players are aged 27-32 and he is level 6
of course he won cup and champions league last season but stayed in league level
he has scored 52 goals in 8 cup games so far

it bothers me that i have no chance what so ever, but i just glad i wont see him again, as i will be level 8 and he will stay level 6

Hi, I wonder how it can be effordable such a strategy target for a weekend competition such as association.
Are we sure that new built team will work fine immediately?

There are 4 matches only for each weekend,and you have no indication at all about your opponents as
you do in regular season,where a counter strategy can be built up according to past and actual strong and weak
points of each opponent.

In recent seasons, I'm realizing how long it takes me to see constant results and performances for a new assembled team:
at least 9 or 10 matches in a row. During that period,even a lower team may appear as Real Madrid or Barcelona.....

Every season we have 4 association tournments,and each wasted tournment is equal to lost points that will have their importance
at the end of season,even if association succeeds

So with the weekend out of the way I thought I'd go and have a look at the association we faced in the semi final on Saturday. And no surprise to find that the team that bought so many players for the weekend is now back to being rated 1 star for associations. Just 4 five star players in the whole squad.
I honestly have no idea how the practice of manipulating teams for associations could be controlled or even stopped, but while these sort of unsportsmanlike tactics are unchecked associations will remain something else within the game that has to be taken with a pinch of salt.

The only way to stop that sort of fiddling is to have a transfer cut-off time so that any players bought after the Association draw is made can't play in Association matches...

Better is player registration before the draws are made.

good thing, roster lock, no moves in our out during that 2 days asso matchups.
You can sell and buy players from the transfermarket but you can't use them in asso battle.
Loan 3 guys -that's okay.
I think it will help and it's not a difficult thing to do,Nordeus.

The last weekend faced that 4 star team which somehow turned out to be a 7+ star right before the kick off.
It s unsportsmanlike conduct and this is bull****.

Besides, the guys who manipulates their rosters that way got a lot of spare time though. it's sad cos it's just a game and the real life is out there , not in your tablet and cellphone.

For me, the real question is: Do Nordeus REALLY want to solve this problem ?
They were very fast in taking actions against people who want to sell their teams on Facebook. But they do nothing against the assos cheats who are so easy to spot.

If Nordeus sees that these accounts give them a substantial income that we may not know about, then I can see why they may be closing an eye and giving them a pass. Shutting them down will make these "costumers" angry and if Nordeus is somehow making a profit from them then its too bad for us honest regular players.
It sucks but I understand than in the long run players like me who just enjoy the game and give Nordeus the ad videos views are less desirable than those who pay, even if they cheat in association.
They should still take action against selling accounts since that is directly against their terms.

Question is , who would want to spunk 50 tokens to buy many five star players every weekend just to win the 100 platinum tokens end of season?

Only they know how much tokens they get for free and how much they spend every week. If they are getting a lot of tokens for free (legal or illegal way), then they might not care too much about the spending or even the rewards (100T) and hence, the balance (profit or loss), but if they care more about winning, they will use several ways to get advantages to win. There is also a type of people that will even buy (using their money) to win.

Significant draw fooling or manipulation is something that I never liked in this game; it is something that is unfair to others that won't be manipulating their draws, especially those that will be put in the same competition as the draw manipulators. Of course, many manipulators won't see it this way, or they will see it but won't admit it.

In many games, some people try to exploit the weaknesses to gain advantages, even if that goes against moral standards. To each his own, but when it affects others negatively, then it is not acceptable.

Nordeus benefit from this sort of practice; so, they might close an eye (maybe they already noticed this practice and closed an eye). How do they benefit? More transfers have to be made; there will be more activity and competition in the transfer market. Also, the victims will need or get the feeling that they need to boost their quality.

Honesty is something that has lost its place in this world. It is not only a matter of video games; the problem is there in real life itself where dishonest ways 'prevail'. The integrity of Nordeus itself has to be put into question.

I agree. Let's not lose to much sleep over this. I already accept things as they are, they better improve the gameplay first . Association are just a source of tokens for me really. I became captain this season and nobody cares in my association, which is discouraging, they are too lazy to even click the train button. I gave tons of loans and bonuses over the months but no they have zero interest. I take this as a sign that it is not a fun feature for an average user and they only want the tokens at the end.

I do not want to spend too much time thinking about this but it seems to be an incredible waste of time for such a small profit. Even if this practice earns them 100 tokens per season, is it really worth it ? Tokens make sense if you win trebles out of them. They are worth nothing for themselves. We have won 35 asso tourneys. To me, altogether they do not compare to one single of my league titles. Not even talking of my cups!

I left associations for nearly a year (since my 2nd quit). I only joined back a week or so ago to the same association that I created way back as I felt I was really needed there. But, given that I know the negatives of this game (match fixing, predetermined results, no sense in terms of input and output, and so on), the game is no more for me the way it used to be. During a period, I was used to a game that had more sense and was more responsive to inputs. But the game has no longer been the same since that second quit. The game is numb, and there are a lot of nonsense in it. I am only playing to keep me occupied. I also add replies or comments on the forum, taking into consideration my experiences, which side is right and also what the situation is. Sometimes it is our frustration speaking - our frustration due to things not being ideal or not enough to our liking, but what else can we do? For me, the main problem with this game is still the same: it is not about winning or losing, but how someone wins or loses. Hard work, good management and tactics do not do enough in this game as the game goes mostly according to other things including RNGs (that too biased ones it seems). Those associations things are less important; what is important is to have a game that functions more in terms of football logic and less in terms of randomness, business and so on.

Well, for the third time this month we will face so called cheaters (no matter will we win or lose in the semis)
I can say that we ve got a strong group of players - bonuses are there,loans are there but still we don't have a single chance to win and stay in platinum because someone is playing unfair. Every f*cking weekend.

After last weekends run in against an unsportsmanlike association I'm playing lite today.
No way am I going to burn through 40-50 rest packs to maintain fully fit starting lineups for four matches when two of them are for this debacle of an associations tournament.

Woopypooky, the accounts that are often being used to exploit the association draw, are taking advantage of the 120 token starter pack from opening up a new account. They create account to win a tournament or two, then discard that account, then create a new account, and keep repeating the process.

This seems more plausible, but people exploit flaws to gain advantages in many other games; it is the job of the game company to make sure things stay as fair as possible.

People have to see it in more neutral way too. Some users here (those that are on the forum) have been exploiting the flaws of the game, creating unfair situations since a long time. One example is significant team quality manipulation in an attempt to be put against weaker teams, especially for the Cup. There have been even guides on this practice on the forum itself. This is no different to those bad practices in associations. Some went as far as keeping half a team of 7-8 stars players and another half of a team of 1-2 star players. I was among those here that was against that because this sort of practice is unfair when there are 'clean' active teams in those same competitions as those draw manipulators. Those people that manipulated the draws won't see it that same way or they will see it but will not admit it. No argument from me on this one tactican. I'm in full agreement with you on the fault lies with the game developer more than the user here, since they know (or should know) that players are going to try and exploit the system to gain an advantage.

I'm really hoping nordeus does something about this draw exploit as well, so we finally get some mobility in that World Top 100. It's basically impossible to play as a 5* association that's playing fair nowadays in platinum, with so many exploiters floating around.
