    what do you mean with this?

    ...with this rule we will NOT accept any teams to have 1* players on their team at anytime to keep extremely low quality players in the future.

    Because if you keep 1* players and not train them for a number of seasons it lowers the team average even further so you can get more higher quality players in your team.

    Yes... 1* players are useless anyways, It's just to stop any manager hoarding them.
