I propose to lower the Quality cap below 5* due to the fact that our server is new and their's a big difference between the 4* players on the TL and the scouts.

I have to agree with July here. If we did that it would make the following season a pain in the ass each year having to buy new as it would rule out even power training

Lowering the Quality Cap is a bad idea here, what if we come across a noob scout buyer in the next few levels, we would not be able to compete against them, we need 0.1Q away from 6* for overall quality to stay competitive to others.
