This and also, keep in mind that the MOM bonus goes directly toward the player's attributes not toward any Ability/Role he might be training in. This concerns those who want to keep a player at 99% quality with the idea to negotiate the player's transfer with another Manager. The MOM bonus can jeopardize this plan.
