Help : Cant gain training point

hi bro
I have just bought an MC a few days ago and wanted to train him to be a playmaker, I have put a hard training but he never gain any point skill. the next day i put him on a play and his rating is 7-8-8 but never get any point skill

can anybody expain me how could it happen n why...??

i did auto sign for commoners, but not for a player I train to a special abilty just like this guy but sice never get any point from match and training, i can do anything to him...
