I don't think there is something what you can do.
Even if you will get he's facebook profile and block him permanent, in-game I still think you will see he's requests.
if he is ur FB friend,just delete him from friend and he will not shown up again in ur friendlist/he cant make or send request..Originally Posted by Piotta76

yes click on him in your friends section, when his overview page loads there is a small check box, top left hand corner showing a - sign click it and kiss him goodbye!
