    Need New Scount.

    About a week and there is not new scouts. how many time between getting new scouts?

    Their drop rate seems to slow down as the season goes on.
    Current- 9th Season
    Cup Championships - Champion: Season 1, Top 16 Seasons 3,5,6,7,8.
    Champions League Championships: - Champion Seasons 2,3,4,5,7,8 Top 16 Seasons 6
    League Championships - Champion Seasons 1,2,3,4,6,7.8 Second Place Seasons 5

    in the past i used to buy scouts but now when i find the poor quality of the players and the players age is high ... so i converted to buy 18 and 19 years old players and train them and they are good form me.
